Service designer Rich Ekelman is teaching a service design class through Service Experience Chicago. Last week, I had the privilege of sitting in on a class and witnessing a storyboard critique. Students had crafted simple storyboards explaining a service experience in 5-7 panels. I felt inspired to sharpen my storyboarding skills, so I'm giving it a shot.

My goal is to create 10 short storyboards based on a true service experience—mine, yours, or someone else's. This one comes from a Yelp page.
