Here's a quick storyboard based on a Yelp review.
What is Design Thinking?
I'm delighted to introduce my service design intern, Jessica Tungesvik. For the past two months, she has been an integral player on a major service design client project.
Service Design Global Conference 2015 Reflections
Here's the answer I wrote for University College at Washington University in St. Louis.
Design Thinking: Human-Centered Approaches to Making the World
This year I attended the Global Conference of the Service Design Network. I'm writing this post to share some of the content that most excited me, specifically the presenations on government, labor, ecosystems, and spectators.

I'm delighted to announce that I'll be teaching U44 Bus 290, Design Thinking: Human-Centered Approaches to Making the World, at Washington University this Fall.
