A warm goodbye suits the end of an engagement, especially when you want an ongoing—and growing—relationship. In the case of Covenant Seminary's 185 graduates in 2014, a very long engagement with their school—now their alma mater—ended in May. Six weeks after graduation, we surprised them by sending this video as a fond farewell. It offers a genuine glimpse of the lasting bonds they forged and the vision they share—the essence of Covenant's brand—by combining dry academic wit, jovial B-roll, spontaneous personal stories, and handmade tiling effects.

On social media, this post's organic reach and engagement were about twice the seminary's average, and the video was played over 1,700 times in the first two weeks.
